Terms Of Service

By commissioning me you agreeing to the following terms and conditions.

General:

      Terms of Service and Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. When commissioning, you are only subject to the ToS and prices agreed upon at the time of the transaction.

I reserve the right to reject a commission for any reason. 

All artwork is transferred digitally.

 

Process:

 

      Work in progress will be provided periodically throughout commission if requested and/or if the artist has an inquiry for the client regarding the commission. On average, the artist will provide updates at the end of the sketching phase, linework phase and during colouring (if applicable), on which a client can comment on and make suggestions. 

 

      The WIPs will either be a low resolution version of said piece or may have a watermark instead. 

 

      I will do everything I can to make my customers happy. However after a commission is in the final stages, only small changes are allowed to be made. (Eg: small colouring/marking mistakes). Any great changes will come with an extra charge. (Eg: an outfit change, outfit addition or subtraction, background change or anything that makes me have to redraw it completely).

PLEASE!! Make sure to be clear in your order what you aim for.

 

 

Required Client Information:

      Email Address: The client is encouraged to contact the artist via email or Google forms for commissions. Additionally emails will be often used in payment transactions.

 

      Other forms of communication: Once a request for commission is put in, a client can request an alternate platform for communication: eg Instagram, Twitter, Discord, etc.

 

 

      Age: If the client is under 18 years of age, the client must supply contact information for a parent or guardian. The artist will reserve the right to contact said guardian if there is a breach of TOS or payment is not complete. 

 

 

Deadlines:

 

      Delivery estimates of commissions are subject to change due to but not exclusive to; workload, quantity, personal events, health, etc . I will provide an estimated time for completion, and/or indicate if there is a delay in completing your commission. You may request a WIP at any time.

Payment:

 

      Payments will only be accepted through PayPal in CAD or USD. I require half of the payment before starting a commission. The second half will be requested once the commission is complete but before delivery. Once the initial invoice is paid, I will start your commission. If the invoice is not paid, I will have to cancel the commission. 

 

Usage Policy: 

 

      My artwork is for personal use only. No commercial use of my artwork is allowed unless discussed otherwise. Clients may display said commissions but must always credit the artist in a clear manner. I reserve the rights to my artwork and the right to post it; if you would like your commission to be private, please let me know!
